Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit our website, https://prx-health.com, or contact us through it.
Who we are
This website is operated by PRX, the human healthcare division of PD2X (Personalised Diagnostics Limited). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your information, contact us at info@pd2x.com.
What information we collect
Contact form. If you send us a message through the Contact Us page we collect the name, email address and message you enter. Please do not include patient details or other health information in your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. We use this to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookie preference. When you make a choice on our cookie banner, we store that choice in a cookie on your device. See our Cookie notice for details.
We do not run user accounts, comments or online payments on this website, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use your information
We use the details you send through the contact form to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical information to run the website, protect it against misuse and prevent automated spam.
Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services and keeping our website secure. Where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, we also rely on that.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle enquiries, and they process information on our behalf:
Vercel hosts the website. Mailtrap delivers the contact form message to us by email. Cloudflare provides Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is submitting the contact form.
We may also share information where we are required to by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens we make sure the safeguards required by UK data protection law are in place.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form messages and our replies for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, and then delete them. Technical information held by our hosting provider is kept for a short period under its standard retention practices. The cookie preference cookie lasts for 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. These rights apply in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of them, email info@pd2x.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, including PD2X, VetDx, Pinpoint Travel Health, LinkedIn and Twitter. We are not responsible for how those websites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.
